Once the quantities are finalized, we assign current material and labor costs using our active pricing database. We also cross-check pricing against RSMeans to help ensure the estimate reflects reliable and up-to-date market costs.
Review & Delivery
Before delivery, we carefully review the estimate to make sure the scope, quantities, and pricing are correct and nothing important is missing. Once everything is checked, we deliver the completed estimate.
